Introduction

This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of TompisUI components, templates, and assets. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to this License.

License Overview

TompisUI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our UI components under the terms below.

Allowed:

  • Use in personal and commercial projects.
  • Modify components to fit your needs.
  • Use in unlimited projects (for the licensed user only).

Not Allowed:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute components as a standalone product.
  • Share access with others under a single license.
  • Use components for illegal or unethical purposes.

License Types

3.1. Free License

  • ✅ Access to basic UI components.
  • ✅ Personal and non-commercial use only.
  • 🚫 No priority support or updates.

3.2. Paid License (Commercial Use)

  • ✅ Use in commercial projects.
  • ✅ Lifetime access to purchased components.
  • ✅ Priority support and future updates.
  • ✅ No attribution required.

Attribution & Branding

Is attribution required?

  • Free License Users must provide credit (e.g., “UI by TompisUI”).
  • Paid License Users do not need to provide attribution.

Limitations of Liability

We provide our products as-is, without warranties.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use our components.
  • In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the license.

License Termination

Your license will be revoked if:

  • ❌ You violate the license terms.
  • ❌ You distribute or resell our components.
  • ❌ You engage in fraudulent or unethical activities.

If revoked, you must stop using and remove all TompisUI components from your projects.

Service Termination & Policy Updates

TompisUI reserves the right to shut down its services at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of a shutdown, all subscriptions will be terminated, and no refunds or compensation will be provided. By using TompisUI, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for any losses resulting from service discontinuation. Continued use after any policy updates means you accept the new terms.

We may update this License from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
